SAME DAY SHIPPING
All stock items are shipped the same day if ordered by the below cutoff times. Orders placed after the cutoff or at any time on Sunday/Holidays will ship the following shipping day.
CUTOFF TIMES
- Monday through Friday – 5 PM ET
- Saturday – NOON ET
CUSTOM ITEMS TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 7 DAYS to produce and this extra time is not reflected on the checkout screen.
Please note, there is no shipping or delivery on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, & Labor Day. Orders placed on these days, or scheduled for delivery on these days, will be delivered on the following business day.
**NOTE** ALL delivery dates (other than FedEx Overnight & UPS Next Day Air) displayed at checkout are ESTIMATES and are not GUARANTEES. We make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible, and we can guarantee it will be shipped in accordance with our cutoff times above. Unfortunately, once your package is given to the carrier it is out of our control. In some cases the carriers may delay items in transit due to issues in their system (late truck, broken equipment, weather, etc). Please allow enough time for your kit to arrive PRIOR to your draft day.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
We do everything possible to get your order to you quickly & accurately. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at [email protected] or via text at 903-99DRAFT and we will be happy to do whatever we can to resolve the issue.
RETURNS
We understand things happen, and plans change. If you need to cancel your order, and it has not yet shipped, simply email or text us and we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If after receiving your order you wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of delivery of your order. Please contact us FIRST so we can advise where and how to return your items. The cost of return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and must be returned using a service with tracking, to provide proof of your return. Refunds will be issued for all unused returned items for the price paid at purchase. Any promo codes or quantity discounts that were applied to returned item(s) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Returns sent without contacting us prior, or orders returned to us because delivery was refused/undeliverable will not be refunded.
