Shipping, Returns & FAQ


All stock items are shipped the same day provided they are they are ordered and paid before the cutoff times below. Orders placed after the cutoff or at any time on Sunday will ship the following shipping day. Additionally, CUSTOM ITEMS TAKE 7 DAYS to produce and this extra time is not reflected on the checkout screen.

Monday through Friday by 5 PM ET

Saturday by NOON ET

There are 4 Holidays throughout the summer, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th & Labor Day. These days are observed by USPS & UPS and there is no delivery on these days. These days do not count as transit days.

Any dates displayed at checkout are ESTIMATES and are not GUARANTEES. We make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible. However, in some cases the carriers can experience delays in transit that are out of our control.

We do everything possible to get you to you accurately and as quickly as possible.  In the event there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email at and we will be happy to do whatever we can to resolve the issue.


All Payments are processed through a 3rd party payment processing company.  This protects you as the buyer and is fully encrypted on their end. We do not receive details of your payment method, such as credit card numbers or bank account numbers, simply a confirmation that a payment was successful and an amount. Your credit/debit card information is never shared with us or stored on our servers. 


In the event you placed an order and your league cant draft, or you simply changed your mind after purchasing, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of item. The cost of return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and must be returned using a service with tracking.  This is to protect you and us both, as it provides proof of your return. Returns sent without contacting us FIRST will not be accepted, as will any orders returned to us marked REFUSED. Refunds will be issued for the actual final product price paid at the time of purchase, taking into account any promo codes used. Additionally, if you received a qty discount and are only returning part of your order, the full quantity discount will be deducted from your return. Frequently Asked Questions

How up to date are your labels?

We have the most up to date label set of anyone on the market., PERIOD!  With our print at home single page Update Sheet, you can get updated labels right up until the time you draft.  Even if a player is traded while your kit is in transit, the Update Sheet has you covered.  Dont worry, if you dont care about the update sheet, you can use the full set of printed labels that are shipped in your kit. 

Do you offer an 8 team board?  What about 10 teams, etc?

In order to minimize cost, our stock draft boards are printed in large runs of several thousand at a time.  Because of this, we offer a stock board that can be used for UP TO a certain number of teams/rounds.  If you have fewer teams/rounds, you can either trim that part off or just leave it blank.  Should you want a board sized exactly to your league, we do offer REUSABLE Custom draft boards for leagues of all shapes & sizes.  

How quickly will my kit ship?

Your kit will ship the same day your order is placed & paid if ordered before 5pm EST M-F, or Noon EST Sat. Orders placed after these times or on Sundays will ship the following day.  There is no shipping on Holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th) or any day the shipping carriers choose to celebrate them should they fall on their normal day off.

How quickly will I get my kit?

This is the #1 question.  It depends on several factors, including the shipping method chosen, your location, and the carrier.  Estimated transit times to your location are displayed at checkout.  While these are fairly accurate estimates, the are not guarantees.  We do not deliver your kits, we use USPS and UPS to do so.  Unfortunately, once we tender your package we no longer have control over it.  In some cases, packages can take longer than the displayed transit times due to carrier delays.  Please refer to the Shipping & Policies page for more info.  

There is a problem with my order?

We are terribly sorry there is an issue.  We would love the opportunity to make it right.  Please email us at so we can resolve this.

Do you accept returns?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us.  Should you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on any stock items.  Due to their uniquely personal nature, CUSTOM items are not able to be returned.  Please contact us via email within 14 days of your item’s delivery at so we can work with you to get you the item you want or a refund.  All return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.  Unfortunately, any shipping cost paid at the time of purchase is not refundable. How secure is my payment?

Incredibly secure.  Your payment is processed by a 3rd party payment processor, and is completely encrypted.  We never receive the specific details of your payment, such as credit card or bank account numbers.  We only receive confirmation of a successful payment and the amount.
