SAME DAY SHIPPING
All stock items are shipped the same day if ordered by the cutoff times below. Orders placed after the cutoff or at any time on Sunday/Holidays will ship the following shipping day. CUSTOM ITEMS TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 5-7 DAYS to produce and this extra time is not reflected on the checkout screen.

There are 4 Holidays throughout the summer, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th & Labor Day. There is no shipping or delivery on these days.
**NOTE** Any delivery dates (other than UPS Next Day Air) displayed at checkout are ESTIMATES and are not GUARANTEES. We make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once your package is given to the carrier it is out of our control, and in some cases the carriers may delay items in transit.
**NOTE** International orders (outside the US) may incur additional taxes charged by your locality. These charges are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
We do everything possible to get your order to you quickly & accurately. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email at info@draftkits.co and we will be happy to do whatever we can to resolve the issue.
RETURNS
We understand things happen, and plans change. If you need to cancel your order, and it has not yet shipped, simply email us and we can cancel the order. If after receiving your order you wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of item. Please email us FIRST so we can discuss where and how to return your items. The cost of return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and must be returned using a service with tracking, to provide proof of your return. Returns sent without contacting us, or orders returned to us because delivery was refused will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued for all returned items for the price paid at purchase. Any promo codes or quantity discounts that were applied to that item(s) will be deducted from the refunded amount. The following items are not eligible for a return refund:
