Getting too expensive for labels and the same design on poster for years. Also many players, offense and defense were missing during our draft, causing write ins.

Nice to have the update for the label
Alot of labels didn't seem as crisp in printing! Better printing and color job on the labels would of been over the top! You have an overall great product but just need to focus on each other individual quality standards on printing and labeling
We reached out to the customer for clarification. Customer explained there were issues with the image double printing. While this is rare in printing, we expect to catch these issues before shipping it to the customer. We would never expect inferior quality to be acceptable, and have issued a full refund to the customer.

Our league was very pleased with how our board looked with these new X-Large labels. Guys in the back could see them and we'll do it again next year. They also stick very well, but you can also remove easily.
We still do an offline draft as a group and this is a great kit that has really simplified the process. We've used this for the last 3 years and will definitely buy again next year.

We do our label sets slightly different than our competitors. In addition to a fully printed set of player labels, we also provide a blank sheet in our kit. This blank sheet is intended to print out our UPDATE SHEET from our website. The UPDATE SHEET contains any changes, like a player being traded, or signed as a free agent. This allows you to order at any point in the summer and still have the most up to date labels for your draft. While it is not required to print this sheet, we wanted to mention it in case you overlooked it. We hope you have a chance to try the UPDATE SHEET next season.
