- Monday through Friday – 5 PM ET
- Saturday – NOON ET
All stock items are shipped the same day if ordered by the above cutoff times. Orders placed after the cutoff or at any time on Sunday/Holidays will ship the following shipping day.
CUSTOM ITEMS TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 7 DAYS to produce and this extra time is not reflected on the checkout screen.
**Shipments to countries outside the US in some cases MAY incur additional charges for import taxes & fees. These additional charges are NOT included in the rates shown at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Since the USPS takes a holiday per month, please note there is no shipping or delivery on the following postal holidays: MLK Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day & Columbus Day. Because postal employees must have a day off, some of these holidays are observed on the day before/after.
**NOTE** ALL delivery dates (other than UPS Next Day Air) displayed at checkout are ESTIMATES and are not GUARANTEES. We make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible. While we can guarantee it will be shipped in accordance with our cutoff times above, unfortunately, once your package is given to the carrier it is out of our control, and in some cases the carriers may delay items in transit. Please allow enough time for your kit to arrive PRIOR to your draft day.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
We do everything possible to get your order to you quickly & accurately. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at info@draftkits.co or via text at 903-99DRAFT and we will be happy to do whatever we can to resolve the issue.
RETURNS
We understand things happen, and plans change. If you need to cancel your order, and it has not yet shipped, simply email us and we can cancel the order and issue a refund. If after receiving your order you wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of item. Please contact us FIRST so we can discuss where and how to return your items. The cost of return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and must be returned using a service with tracking, to provide proof of your return.
Returns sent without contacting us prior, or orders returned to us because delivery was refused will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued for all returned items for the price paid at purchase. Any promo codes or quantity discounts that were applied to that item(s) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
