  • How up to date are your stickers?

    For FOOTBALL, we have the most up to date sticker sets of anyone on the market., PERIOD! We not only ship you a fully printed set of player stickers, we also include a single blank sheet in all of our kits for our UPDATE SHEET. With our included instructions, you can print at home the single page Update Sheet, allowing you to get updated stickers right up until the time you draft. Even if a player is traded while your kit is in transit, the Update Sheet has you covered. Dont worry, if you dont care about the update sheet, you can use the full set of printed stickers that are shipped in your kit.
    For BASEBALL, BASKETBALL & HOCKEY, the selling season is short enough that there isnt a reason to update the stickers.

  • Do you offer any boards that aren't 12 teams?

    In order to keep our kit costs low, our stock draft boards are printed in large runs of several thousand at a time. Because of this, we offer a stock board that can be used for UP TO 12 teams. If you have fewer teams/rounds, you can either trim that part off or just leave it blank. Should you want a board sized exactly to your league, we do offer REUSABLE Custom draft boards for leagues of all shapes & sizes.

  • How quickly will my kit ship?

    Your kit will ship as quickly as the same day, provided you order before 5pm EST M-F, or Noon EST Sat. Orders placed after these cutoff times or on Sundays will ship the following day. There is no shipping on Holidays or any day the shipping carriers choose to celebrate them should they fall on their normal day off.

  • How quickly will I get my kit?

    It depends on several factors, including the shipping method chosen, your location, and the carrier. All of our items ship from Saginaw, TX (DFW area) Estimated transit times to your location are displayed at checkout. While these are fairly accurate estimates, the are not guarantees. We do not deliver your kits, we use FedEx and UPS to do so. Unfortunately, once we tender your package to them, we no longer have control over it. In some cases, packages can take longer than the displayed transit times due to carrier delays. Please refer to the "Shipping & Returns" tab at the top of the page (desktop) or in the dropdown menu (mobile).

  • There is a problem with my order?

    We want every purchase from DraftKits to be a 5 star experience, and we are terribly sorry there is an issue. We would love the opportunity to make it right. Please email us: [email protected] or text us: 903-99DRAFT so we can resolve this.

  • Do you accept returns?

    We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. Should you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on any stock items within 14 days of delivery. Due to their uniquely personal nature, CUSTOM items are not able to be returned. Please refer to the "Shipping & Returns" tab at the top of the page (desktop) or in the dropdown menu (mobile).

  • How secure is my payment?

    Incredibly secure. All Payments are processed using PCI compliant encryption by our payment processor Stripe. This is fully encrypted on their end and protects you as the buyer. We do not receive complete credit card numbers or bank account numbers. Your complete credit/debit card information is never shared with us or stored on our servers. Stripe offers you the option to save your payment information on THEIR servers using Link. This allows you to use your payment method on any site accepting Stripe payments. This is their program and works independently from our site.

  • How is my privacy protected?

    In short, it is protected the way we want our privacy protected. We only use your information to facilitate shipping your order and to contact you in future seasons. We do not sell, trade or exchange your data to any 3rd parties. Please refer to our specific Policy page link at the bottom of every page for full details.
