Getting too expensive for labels and the same design on poster for years. Also many players, offense and defense were missing during our draft, causing write ins.

Alot of labels didn't seem as crisp in printing! Better printing and color job on the labels would of been over the top! You have an overall great product but just need to focus on each other individual quality standards on printing and labeling
We reached out to the customer for clarification. Customer explained there were issues with the image double printing. While this is rare in printing, we expect to catch these issues before shipping it to the customer. We would never expect inferior quality to be acceptable, and have issued a full refund to the customer.
